Hullo Cliff,

I have tried all of those things. This trouble only occurs for all users of this document and just in this certificate, except that I have renamed resaved the entire file under a unlike file name and the error still occurs as if it is following me. At present we are having another issue where a message is constantly displayed proverb "Your session expired please refresh" and it prevents us from doing annihilation with the document. All users are having this problem. Thank you

I am deplorable yous take misunderstood me, the trouble hasn't gone away. Sad for the confusion. The file I have uploaded still presents the fault bulletin "Your session has expired. Please refresh the page" every fourth dimension I open up the file and it does non go abroad when I refresh

Sorry for my understanding.

Based on my examination, information technology seems that there are some settings made on the file and it need to be accessed with the Word 2016 application with the work and school accounts.

I also get the error messages in my environment, and so I think that the issue may be related to the file'south settings. Given the situation, I suggest yous copy the content of the file in Word Online directly past clicking Ctrl A and Ctrl V first and then create a new document in the aforementioned site library and paste the content in information technology by clicking Ctrl Five to see and let united states of america know the upshot.
